Our team fielding all the enquiries that come to us, asking for copies of the New Testament, or for more information about Yeshua, have been extremely busy lately! Messages come in every single day, many of whom come from sincere seekers asking meaningful questions. Israelis are finding faith in God during these hard times, when life seems so uncertain.
We have had hundreds of requests for the New Testament in the last few months, and we receive multiple messages a day.
Many have come to faith, making the bold decision to follow Yeshua despite the challenges.
We always connect people with local congregations and believers in their area, and a good proportion go on to receive discipleship and continue to grow in their faith and become fruitful disciples.
Often people come to us saying that they have been watching our videos for years already, and much of the groundwork has been done. Our apologetics videos answer questions that many secular atheists have about God and religion, as well as dealing with typical stumbling blocks for those coming from a religious Jewish background.
We are able to help people explore their individual questions, helping them along their faith journey, wherever they are.
We also go to meet people face to face whenever we can, to support seekers in a more personal way. Here’s just one example among many of a seeker who has reached out to us:
One of our team members met a man from a religious background on Wednesday and had a really good conversation. He shared in more depth about his journey and everything he’s been through. He was born to parents who had become religious as adults, following Chabad traditions. However, over time he began asking questions about his parents’ beliefs and eventually became an atheist. However, the death of Charlie Kirk proved to be a real catalyst for him seeking answers about God, as it was for so many others around the world, and as he searched, he came across our websites.
He decided to explore the New Testament and the Messianic faith, and made contact with us to find out more. He really connected with the values of Yeshua and began to delve deeper into it. During our conversation, he asked general questions, and one of our team members was able to share some of their personal testimony, explaining what it is to know Yeshua personally. When he was asked where he thinks he is in his faith journey, he answered that he now believes, but isn’t sure how to progress beyond that. He wants to learn more, and has been introduced to someone in his area who can stay in touch with him. He agreed to meet up regularly and was very happy about it!
