We have been watching and waiting for this moment for a while now, inching inevitably to the one million mark. Finally, we crossed it!
There are now more than a million Hebrew speakers who have subscribed to our Hebrew language YouTube channel, signing up to get videos about Yeshua and our faith as soon as they come out.
Our passion at ONE FOR ISRAEL mirrors that of the Apostle Paul, who said:
“Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved.” (Romans 10:1)
We have been making videos and content about Yeshua since 2013, and there are now well over 700 videos on our Hebrew channel. The number of Israelis tuning in to watch has been steadily soaring — particularly during times of crisis such as the Corona pandemic and the wars we’ve gone through in recent years.
In times of uncertainty and loss the fragility of life becomes more apparent than ever, and the realities of death and suffering have caused many to look up for hope and answers that lie beyond this world. No wonder people are subscribing to hear about Jesus!
We get messages all the time from seekers, some of whom have been watching our materials for years and have finally decided to make contact. Others have already taken a step of faith and are ready to meet other believers in Israel.
It’s amazing how many testimonies of new believers up and down the country begin with words along the lines of, “I was searching on the internet…” For over a decade we have been determined to make sure that anyone searching for the truth about Yeshua online finds it. When Israelis type those letters our videos and content will be the first things to pop up, helping Hebrew speakers find the Messiah they are searching for.
To the ends of the earth…
And it’s not only Israelis either. God’s plan for Israel has always been to bless all the families of the earth, and what do you know — that’s happening too.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
Today, Judea and Samaria are more commonly known as “The West Bank,” part of the Palestinian Territories. Our Arabic outreach team are also hard at work producing videos and creating content in the Arabic language for Arabic speakers in Israel, the Palestinian Territories, and beyond.
We have had a lot of online interaction from people in Gaza, but also Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and many other places. When God chose Israel, it was in order to bless all the families of the earth!
- Over the last year, our Arabic content on Facebook has been viewed almost 90 million times.
- If you add together the length of time people spent watching our reels it is be more than 6,042 days!
- Our Facebook stories in Arabic have been seen 109,300 times and we have seen a 205% increase in interactions.
- Similarly, millions have seen our content on Instagram and last year we reached almost two million accounts, an increase of about 669%!
But it’s not all about statistics, clicks and subscribers — these are real people finding the real Yeshua of the Bible.
