What to know
- It is common for one member of the family to be the only believer.
- Although Yeshua gave us the Great Commission to tell people about Him, it is God’s job to draw people to Himself. As Yeshua said, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day.” (John 6:44)
- Our testimonies of Jewish people who came to know the Messiah have had a huge impact on many lives, and many new believers mention our websites and videos when they share how they came to faith.
How to Pray
- One of the hardest things for many Jewish believers is being the only one in their family / school / army unit / community who believe in Yeshua. Please pray for God to bring whole families, households, and communities to know Him, like He did in Acts 10:24.
- Pray for those who are curious to learn about Jesus but feel hesitant — pray for courage to explore the New Testament and the teachings of Jesus.
- Pray for this lady in particular to come to faith — that God would give her a spiritual hunger and thirst for truth.
