Many see God in the Old Testament as full of wrath and anger, and then see Jesus as the nice guy who shows mercy. But that couldn't be further from the truth! God is the same yesterday today and forever, and as we look at the whole narrative of the scriptures we see Mercy and Judgement in both Testaments. It's important to get a proper view of God's ways as Moses prayed in Exodus 33:13, “Teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you.”
