Step 1: Record yourself on your mobile phone
Step 2: Tap ‘Share’ and share the file on Google Drive
Step 3: Copy and paste the Google Drive share link and paste the share link into the form

Step 1: Sign up for a free account at Loom.com
Step 2: Record a video
Step 3: Copy and paste the share link into the form and submit
