Christians United for IsraelChristians United for Israel (CUFI) is an American pro-Israel Christian organization that defines itself as "a national grassroots movement focused on the support of Israel. Christians United for Israel It is the biggest pro-Israel organization in the U.S.

Christians United for Israel draws support from the Holy Bible. The founder is Pastor John Hagee, it provides a national association through which churches, organizations, ministries, and also individuals in the U.S. and Canada promote Israel financially and politically, as well as in prayer.

 

In 2006, more then 400 Christian leaders from across the U.S came together in San Antonio to join in with John Hagee in determining how the Christian world should respond to the ongoing threats on Israel. at those meetings, the group had decided to launch a national grassroots movement, "Christians United for Israel", focused on supporting Israel and the Jewish people. Christians United for Israel was founded.

Since then, Christians United for Israel has become the biggest pro-Israel organization in the U.S. and perhaps the leading Christian movement in the world. Christians United for Israel spans all fifty states and reaches millions with their message. Each year Christians United for Israel holds hundreds of pro-Israel events in cities around the country. And each summer, thousands of pro-Israel Christians gather in Washington, D.C. to participate in the Christians United for Israel Summit and make their voices heard in support of Israel and the Jewish people.

Christians United for Israel was legally incorporated on February 2006, and operated out of PAstor John Hagee's hometown of San Antonio, in TX, Christians United for Israel is focused on communicating the perceived need for closer links between Christian ministries in the U.S and Canada and the modern state of Israel.

The first college chapter of Christians United for Israel has recently been established at California State University, Bakersfield. More Christians United for Israel on Campus".
"Christians United for Israel" was originally formed in 1992 by David Lewis. After a period of inactivity, Pastor John Hagee got permission from Lewis to use the title.

Christians United for Israel's impact has been immediate. Christians United for Israel growth has been phenomenal. The purpose of Christians United For Israel (CUFI) is to provide a national association through which everyone who is pro-Israel America can speak and act with one voice in support of the Jewish people and Israelwhen it comes to Biblical issues.

While millions of Christians support Israel, there are millions more who do not.
